TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Teaching Staff of the college is highly experienced, qualified and totally  committed to the students. Most of the Students opting for Post Graduation are at a very vulnerable frame of mind. They are on a threshold of branching out in their lives and career. Hence we almost filter the capabilities of the faculty before handing over the reins of the future of our students. Our faculty members are experienced in Academic as well as Professional / Industry fields.   Presentation therefore comes easily to them. Students are guided towards achieving excellence not only in studies but also towards shaping their overall outlook. Peculiar teaching methods are charted and strictly followed. Regular meetings are conducted with the students outside the classrooms for free and frank dialogue to improve communication skills and eradicate the mindsets. The Institute puts great emphasis on faculty development programs to widen the range of vision and deputes the teaching staff to participate in workshops and seminars conducted by professional bodies.

The college organizes regular Guest lectures of the experienced and qualified guest faculties, who are invited to the college to impart the best of their experience and knowledge to the students. 

Regular Seminars are also conducted for the personality development of the students, so that the student can be trained for the presentations, which are so important for the office work. 

The Post graduate students are provided with the facility of the Semester System, which helps them to achieve result in flying colors.

The college conducts Internal Assessment examinations so that the students can get prepared for their Final examinations.

The attendance structure is such that the student has to attend 75% of the classroom attendance in order to qualify for the final examinations.

The college is experimenting with the latest technology in the field of educations. Projectors, Slide, Models  etc are used in the daily teaching sessions.

Not only this the college has a Model syllabus proprosed by the UGC for the under graduate and the post graduate students in all subjects whcih is equivalent to NET(National Eligibility Test) and SLET(State Level Eligibility Test).
